Shipping Policy

1. Order Delivery

Products will be delivered according to the shipping address provided when placing the order. Please make sure your address is accurate and complete.

All orders are shipped in express parcel packaging, and we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service. You do not need to pay online. Once the package arrives, you may choose to:

Accept the package and make the payment upon delivery, or

Refuse the package with no additional charges.

2. Free Shipping Policy

All products come with free shipping. No additional shipping fees are required, as all delivery costs are covered by us.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing: Orders will begin processing on the same day they are placed and will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time: In most cases, orders will arrive within 15–20 business days after shipment.

Working Hours: Our shipping operations are available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Orders placed during weekends will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday).

Special Circumstances:
Delivery may be delayed due to severe weather, peak logistics periods, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible and will notify you in advance if necessary.

4. Package Inspection Upon Delivery

Please check the package carefully upon receipt. If you find any damage or missing items, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us as soon as possible for return or replacement assistance.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to: Spain、Poland、Bulgaria、Croatia、Greece、Slovakia(Excluding islands)
